Wooden Spatulas

I've made wooden utensils before, but only ones that were mostly flat. A Spatula has a major bend in it. And on top of that, it needs to be quite thin and somewhat flexible, in order to be useable. I don't have any wood thick enough, so I am going to try TWO different ways to come up with a chunk of wood the right size and shape to accommodate that bend.

This is very much an experiment. Please enjoy the video. In the end both methods yield a useable kitchen tool!
