Picture Frame with Curved Face, mostly on the Table Saw

We've had a "Birds Of The Backyard" puzzle hanging in our kitchen for about 15 years now, and it has faded considerably. So I bought my wife a new one, and we put it together over the Christmas holidays. (As a side note, WOW, was the old one faded!)

After applying puzzle glue to seal the pieces together, I decided that I wanted to also make a new and better frame, this time out of Walnut.

In particular, I wanted to add a shallow cove to my frame stock, and to me the easiest way to do that with the tools I have, is by pushing the stock diagonally over the table saw blade. Before that though, the order of operations meant that I first had to prepare the stock, cut a large round-over, then an 80-degree angle cut on the face, and then finally the cove.
